General Plumbing work (Hot/cold water, taps, radiators etc.)
£ 35.00 per hour
Gas and LPG related work (servicing, safety checks etc.)
£35.00 per hour
Fixed prices for servicing and safety checks:
Gas: Boiler service - £50.00
Gas fire service- £50.00
Landlord's safety check £35.00
Contact us to work out a special price for multiple jobs undertaken at the same property.
LPG: Boiler service- £50.00
Landlord's safety check done at same time as service +£15.00
Landlord's safety check without service £35.00
For work that is not booked in advance this will involve a charge of £45 for the first hour and £35 thereafter.
Emergency work outside office hours (0800 - 1700) or at weekends/ bank holidays will attract a 50% surcharge.
