Gas: Boiler service - £79.00
Gas fire service- £79.00
Landlord's safety check upto 3 appliances £66.00

LPG: Boiler service- £74.00
Landlord's safety check done at same time as service £94.00
Landlord's safety check without service £66.00
For work that is not booked in advance this will involve a charge of £86 for the first hour and £66 thereafter.
Emergency work outside office hours (08:30 - 17:00) or at weekends/ bank holidays will attract a 50% surcharge.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
